ISHPEMING — UP Health System-Bell has announced it is expanding its Express Care Clinic in Ishpeming to a newly renovated and larger facility located along Lakeshore Drive.
The upgraded facility at 901 Lakeshore Drive, Suite 102, in Ishpeming is currently open for non-life-threatening needs and also includes availability of immunizations, allergy injections and more.
“The expansion of our Express Care Clinic will allow us to offer a more comprehensive walk-in approach to meet the needs of patients in the Upper Peninsula,” said Michelle Palomaki, regional director of physician practices, UP Health System-Bell in a press release. “It will also allow us to have the space to continue offering seasonal allergy injections, as well as COVID-19 testing, with a designated room to accommodate patient exposures and employees.”
